Production Time
Every piece is made to order. Production takes 4 to 6 business days: we prepare your mockup in 1 to 2 business days, then engrave and quality check your piece in 3 to 4 business days.
During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), production may take a few extra business days, so we recommend ordering early.
Shipping Time
- Once your order is produced, it will be shipped and delivered within the following estimated timeframes:

These are estimated delivery times. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like customs, public holidays, or global events.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. It can take a few days for tracking to update. If you haven't received it or run into any issues, please contact us at woof@momentta.com.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, we can resend your order for a $14 reshipping fee.
