Head-on, not from above. We need the ears, head, neck and chest. Photos taken looking down, or of a pet lying down, are hard to work with.

Sharp beats new. An older photo that's clear works better than a recent one that's blurry or heavily compressed. Send what you have and we'll tell you honestly if it will work.

Ignore the background. We remove it. Messy rooms, leashes, hands in the frame are all fine.
