Upload a picture of your pet when placing your order. We accept almost all photos—98% make the cut! If there’s an issue with your image, our team will contact you to ensure the best result.

Production & Delivery

What makes a purr-fect photo?
1.) Get Close and Bright! Make sure your pet's photo is taken in good lighting, preferably natural light and without any filters.
2.) Head-On Pose, Please! Capture as much of your pet’s ears, head, neck, and chest as possible. This helps us create the best silhouette of their adorable face.
3.) Avoid Blurry or Overhead Shots. Try to skip filtered, blurry, or overhead photos. Photos of pets lying down are also tricky for us to illustrate.
Can I add more than one pet?
Yes! We can include up to three pets on a single keychain. For the best detail, we suggest getting a dedicated keychain for each pet, so their unique features really shine.
Need to change your order?
We’re happy to assist with any changes to your pet silhouette keychain order! Just reach out to us at hello@momentta.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, most changes, including address updates, may no longer be possible. Please note that in some cases, changes may lead to slight shipping delays.
