Thank you for choosing our personalized keychains! Each piece is custom-made, so we do not offer traditional returns. However, we will always do our best to ensure you love your purchase.

Order Changes (Within 24 Hours)

• How to Request: If you need to modify your order (e.g., spelling, design choice, shipping address), please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
• After 24 Hours: Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

Damaged or Faulty Products

• What to Do: If your keychain arrives damaged (e.g., scratched, oxidized), please let us know with clear photos.
• Our Response: We will replace the damaged item at no additional cost to you.

Refunds (If Applicable)

• Quality Issues: If you believe there is a quality issue, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a photo and a brief explanation of the problem.
• Assessment: We will review your request and determine whether a replacement or a refund is the most appropriate solution.

Shipping Times

• Estimates: All shipping timelines are estimates. While we strive to deliver your order promptly, unforeseen delays can occur.
• No Refunds for Delays: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds due to late deliveries outside of our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• Delivery Confirmation: If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please let us know.
• Our Commitment: Once we verify it’s lost, we will gladly remake and resend your keychain at no cost to you.

Incorrect Addresses

• Double-Check: Please confirm your shipping address at checkout.
• Reshipping Fee: If an incorrect address leads to a delivery issue, we can resend your order for a $15 re-shipping fee. Alternatively, you can forfeit the package if you do not wish to pay the fee.
